Steps

PS5: 1. From the Games home screen, scroll right and select PlayStation Plus. 2. Go to the Benefits tab and select Monthly Games. 3. Highlight the game and select Download.

PS4: 1. From the function screen, scroll right and select PlayStation Plus. 2. Scroll down and select Monthly Games. 3. Highlight the game and select Add to Library, then Download.

Away from your console: PlayStation says you can start the download to your PS5 or PS4 remotely from a web browser or the PlayStation App.
